This notice explains how MH Connect uses information you send through WhatsApp, email, phone calls and website enquiry forms.
What information we collect
When you contact us, we may receive your name, phone number, email address, service request, device model, document details, photos you choose to send, and any message you provide.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, check stock, arrange a repair, help with printing, or provide customer support related to your request.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide the service, keep basic business records, or deal with follow-up questions.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We use a private Google Sheet and Google Apps Script to receive and manage website enquiries. We may also use communication services such as WhatsApp, email and phone providers to handle your messages.
Website enquiry forms
When you submit a website form, the details and a unique enquiry reference are sent to MH Connect’s private lead tracker. The website also opens a prepared WhatsApp message so you can continue the conversation. Your form details are not saved in browser storage, and WhatsApp receives the message only if you choose to send it.
Cookies and analytics
This website is currently designed to work without unnecessary tracking. If analytics or advertising tools are added later, the website should explain this clearly and ask for consent where required.

You can ask us about the information we hold from your enquiry, request correction, or ask us to delete unnecessary enquiry details by contacting us.
